Manufacturer's Description The medium density rubber bulb at the centre of each mallet head is wrapped in tightly wound wool which reduces impact noise and brings out the natural bass resonance of marimbas and vibraphones. These cushioned tops will also prevent damage to the carefully sculpted bars of your instrument. With a bounce that gives players an excellent level of control over a wide dynamic and tonal range, medium beaters are great all-rounders that can be effective in any musical situation.
