The Superb Ballpoint Pen has slimline barrel. The pen tip cleaned each time cap is replaced. Excellent for shorthand and note taking. There are two tip sizes. Superb Pen has a grooved finger grip for extra comfort.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
