The PeakTech 5187 is a data logger for temperature measurements from -200 °C to 1,300 °C with a connection for external type K sensors. With the included software (English language not guaranteed), all desired parameters can be set before recording, such as the desired measurement rate, the start function (also according to the time and date) or a password for secure access to the measurement data. The recorded readings can then be evaluated with the PC software, e.g. displayed as a diagram or saved as an Excel table, text or image file.
