Our 2023 Blue Velvet agenda is inspired by a velvet dalmatic piece of the XV<+>th<+> century, adorned with metal threads with a seven-lobed shield, a botanical shape similar to an artichoke and small floral motifs. Carrying out such a velvet model had to involve a long process, thus making a luxury fabric in the Renaissance era.
