pajoma filter balls are suitable for all standard sand filter systems. 700 g filter balls are equivalent to an amount of approximately 25 kg of filter sand. The filter balls are lighter and more efficient than many standard filter media and extremely easy to maintain. Our high-quality filter balls filter residues up to a size of 1.5 µm (sand of approximately 40 µm) and therefore provide an excellent filtration result. The filter balls require less backwashing, are more durable and will help to save energy. They are made from 100 % polyethylene, are 100 % recyclable, non-toxic and easy to dispose of. The use of pajoma filter balls is similar to filter sand. Simply open the filter bowl of your sand filter system and remove the existing filter material, if present, clean the filter container and fill the filter canister with pajoma filter balls. Now you can close the filter canister. Then you can start with the filtration.
