This 15-1/4-quart stainless-steel low stockpot has a height of 9-inch and a diameter of 11-inch. The Grand Gourmet series boasts an outer and inner satin polish and a mirror-finish along the edges. It is ideal for making soup, as the equal lengths of its diameter and height limit evaporation. Its stainless steel handles are hollow and tubular for an ergonomic shape that also allows for a stay-cool feature. The line has a sandwich, thermo-radiant bottom (stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel) that is concave when cold and flat when hot, making it perfect for use on any type of stove, whether gas, electric, glass ceramic or induction.
