About this item
- Round pan Paderno excellent for sliced pizzas, buns, cakes etc. The high edges ensure that the dough does not leak during cooking, helping to keep the oven clean.
- Iron is an excellent heat conductor, guaranteeing even cooking and favouring the dough alveolation. Resistant to high temperatures of electric, gas or ventilated oven.
- At first use brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the baking pan non-stick
- Do not cut directly on the baking tray to preserve its proper operation. Unlike teflon, the absence of coating avoids the risk of contaminating food.
