• The TIP and soldering plate are made of an integrated brass round bar. It actualises direct transmission from the connection plate for soldering to avoid signal loss and increases mechanical strength. The body is made of brass (RoHS compliant). Electroless nickel plating maintains uniform surface thickness and low electrical resistance (approx. 6.5 μΩ/m). The isolation ring between TIP and Sleeve is made of POM to give the best isolation property and excellent rigidity. Bakelite is used for insulation inside the main body to provide excellent insulation characteristics.
