About this item
- Brew More, Refill Less: With a generous 1200ml capacity, this glass teapot prepares several cups in one brew, making it ideal for quiet mornings, afternoon tea or sharing with family and friends. Spend less time refilling and more time enjoying the moment.
- A Cleaner Cup of Loose Leaf Tea: The removable 304 stainless steel tea infuser helps keep loose leaves contained while allowing water to circulate freely. Enjoy black tea, green tea, herbal blends or fruit infusions with fewer stray leaves reaching your cup.
- See Your Tea Come to Life: The clear borosilicate glass body lets you watch the leaves unfold and the colour gradually deepen. Check the strength of your tea at a glance and create a relaxing brewing ritual that feels as enjoyable as the first sip.
- Remove the Infuser at the Right Moment: Lift out the removable filter once your tea reaches the preferred strength, helping prevent leaves from continuing to steep. It gives you greater control over every brew, whether you prefer a light, delicate flavour or a richer cup.
- Less Fuss After the Final Cup: The removable infuser and accessible opening make it easier to empty used tea leaves and rinse the pot after brewing. The curved spout and comfortable glass handle also support smooth, controlled serving for everyday tea breaks.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
