Never use water that is too cold or too hot to rinse your ears. Do not use the syringe to rinse your ears without the tip. Rinse the ear: Always rinse in a sitting position with a small bowl under the ear to let the water out. The head should be tilted slightly towards the ear. Run the hem carefully and completely.
