Product description: Colourless, specially developed wood coating for the sealing of end grain to protect it from cracking in the event of weathering. Osmo end grain wax minimises water absorption as well as drying out on end grain surfaces. Also protects from the inside, as it is capillarily absorbed. Swelling and shrinkage as well as a bleeding of wood ingredients is reduced. Applications: Osmo end grain wax is particularly suitable for end end ends of decking, facades or roof overhangs made of hard and soft woods, such as bangkirai, teak, massaranduba, garapa, cumaru, as well as pine, spruce, douglas fir, larch, cedar, thermal wood, etc. Preparation: The wood surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (max. wood moisture 20%). Osmo end grain wax is ready to spread, do not dilute. Stir thoroughly. Workmanship: Apply to the ends of the brain with Osmo surface brush. In order to achieve optimal protection of highly absorbent end wood, we recommend applying the seal twice wet in wet or apply a second application after drying.
