Over the last 80 years it has probably been the most popular tomato grown in the UK. This plant’s more suited for warmer climates with excellent heat-resistance qualities. They are a cordon (or upward) growth type and can be grown in a garden or greenhouse. The Moneymaker is globular has bright red flesh with average thickness. They have a slightly sweet flavour but lack a strong tomato flavour when compared to other varieties. Is robust and tolerant to the cold. It is fine even at high altitudes! Plants can grow up to two metres tall and produce ten fruits per vine. As they ripen, turn deep red, slightly thick-skinned and weigh around 40 and 60 grams.
