Product Description Organ-X Desi-Dust is a natural diatomaceous earth entrapment powder designed to help control crawling insects while promoting a dry, hygienic environment. Made from fossilised silica diatoms, the powder works by absorbing moisture, oils and fats, making conditions unsuitable for insect development. It is effective against a wide range of pests including red mite, fleas, bed bugs and grain storage insects. Desi-Dust can be used indoors and outdoors, including in poultry housing, animal bedding, cracks and crevices, gardens and around plants when dry. The chemical free formulation also helps reduce odour and moisture, supporting cleaner and more comfortable surroundings. Directions Always read the directions of use before applying. Poultry - Always shake well before use. Remove the cap and point container towards the area to be treated and gently sprinkle DE powder. Apply the DE powder evenly over, poultry, animals and surfaces to bet treated. Apply onto all surfaces including the nesting box, underside of the roof, dust baths, litter areas, taking particular care to target hard-to-reach areas cracks and crevices. Leave the DE powder in place for continuous hygiene control. For heavy infestations apply initially, repeat 3 days later and then use weekly as part of your regular cleaning routine. Remove eggs, drinking utensils before use For maximum bird welfare and living conditions use alongside Organ-X Red Mite Killer Spray and Organ-X Contact Red Mite Killer Powder and Organ-X Mini Smoke Red Mite Killer. Plants - Desi-Dust can be applied to plants, their leaves and surrounding soil. Silica is naturally abundant in plants, aids growth and development, storing essential nutrients that are slowly released and encourages its own natural defence and repair. Desi-Dust can be liberally applied in and around the home, including in the garden when weather is dry. Pets & Horses & Animals – Apply directly to pets, horses (including tail & mane) and animals (avoid contact with eyes) to all surfaces in, kennels, litter boxes, along baseboards, pieces of furniture where pets can pass or rest, (including sofas, beds, bedding, carpets) animal housing, pet living and sleeping areas. Safety Warning Can cause moderate eye irritation to humans and animals. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear eye protection when applying the product. Use adequate ventilation and avoid breathing dust. Spot test in an inconspicuous area before fully applying product.
