Place the toothbrush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Press the power button to start the toothbrush and move it gently across all tooth surfaces in a circular motion. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of all teeth for about 2 minutes, ensuring you spend equal time on each section. 5. Brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. 6. Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush thoroughly after brushing. 7.
