Cut a length of floss about 18 inches long. 2. Wrap one end of the floss around your middle finger and the other end around your other middle finger, leaving about 2 inches of floss between your fingers. 3. Hold the floss taut and gently slide it between your teeth. 4. Curve the floss around the base of the tooth, making a 'C' shape. 5. Gently move the floss up and down against the side of the tooth, keeping it against the tooth surface. 6. Repeat on the other side of the tooth. 7.
