Remove the old brush head from the electric toothbrush handle. 2. Align the new Oral-B Stages Power Kids brush head with the handle and firmly press it onto the handle until it clicks into place. 3. Replace the brush head every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn out. 4. To clean the brush head, rinse it thoroughly after each use and store it upright to allow it to air dry.
