Directions To use the Oral-B CrossAction Clean Maximiser replacement brush heads, follow these steps: 1. Unscrew the current head of your electric toothbrush. 2. Align the new brush head and insert it into the handle of the electric toothbrush until it is securely attached. 3. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day, using gentle circular motions. 4. Replace the brush head every 3-4 months, or when the strands become worn out. 5. For optimal cleaning, rinse the brush head with water after each use and wipe it with a soft cloth.
