Connect the brush head to the handle of the compatible electric toothbrush. 2. Lightly moisten the brush head and apply a small amount of toothpaste. 3. Turn on the appliance and gently brush your teeth for the recommended time, usually 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Be sure to reach all surfaces of your teeth, including the top, sides and back. 5.
