The FASHION STRAP - 3/8" uses OP/TECH USA's 3/8" (9.5mm) webbing connectors for added adjustability. The 3/8" (9.5mm) webbing connectors fit easily through tight connection areas and is very secure. I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
