Description ON|TRACK Nordic Walking Pole Tip, 1 Pair. Brief instructions on how to replace the pole tips: Loosen the old top in hot water. Remove adhesive residue. Check, and if necessary mark, the position of the new tip. Attach the new tip using standard hot glue (crafts). Note: For Exel poles, the Quicklock adapter also needs to be removed. Accessories: ON|TRACK Asphalt Control Pad EXEL
