- SOW: March to July, HARVEST: May to October, SEEDS: 300 Approx.
- FOR OUTDOOR SOWING: WHEN - March to July. WHERE - In a prepared seed bed. HOW - Sow thinly in rows 15cm apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks. CARE - No thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep moist and weed free. HARVEST – May to October. Harvest alternate onions from the row, leaving others to grow on.
