Pull the ear slightly up with one hand, insert the rolled plug deep into the ear canal with the other hand. 3. Fix ear plugs with your finger until it has expanded and sits comfortably. Before using in case of high noise, you should first check whether the plug is suitable for this load. Take into account the sound insulation values and safety instructions. Warning: Failure to follow the instructions may significantly affect the protective effect of the plug. Keep ear plugs away from small children (risk of swallowing). Sudden or quick removal of the ear plug from the ear canal can damage the eardrum.
