Directions 1. Sharpen the pencil if needed. 2. Apply the eyeliner to the lash line, as close to the lashes as possible. 3. For a smoky effect, smudge the eyeliner with a brush or your finger while it's still wet. 4. Clean up any mistakes with a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover. 5. To achieve a shimmery effect, apply the eyeliner in thin layers, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next. 6. To remove, use a makeup remover that's safe for the eye area.
