Directions Prepare and clean and dry the eye area. Apply the eye pencil to the upper or lower eyelash, gently moving it toward the eyelash. For a smoother finish, diffuse the edges with a brush or finger. To remove, use a mild makeup remover and apply gently to affected areas.
