Product Description These NRS Healthcare Medici Furniture Raisers Height Adjustable M37340 come in a Pack of 4 and are designed to raise the height of chairs, bed and tables with legs, as well as armchairs and divan beds. Raises the height of your furniture, which results in less bending and stretching to sit down, or when getting back up again to a standing position. These raisers are supplied in a pack of four and each one secures firmly to the furniture leg by simply turning the top collar of the unit, which then tightens an internal strap. For fitment to furniture with castors, one of two methods can be used-either place the universal adaptor around the castor and lower it into the raiser or replace the castor with the bobbin supplied. The raisers have a large enough base to ensure stability, but are unobtrusive when fitted. Please note that you should NEVER move raised furniture that is occupied by a patient. These furniture raisers are supplied set to their lowest height. To increase the height, just rotate the base of the raiser while holding the tube body of the unit. Each complete rotation increases the height by 5mm (0.25 inches). There is a handy height guide on the side of the body which gives a guide in millimetres. Do not attempt to raise above the MAX mark. Height adjustment for furniture with castors: 100-176 mm (4-7-inch), Height adjustment for furniture that sit in cups: 50-127 mm (2-5-inch), internal diameter: 70 mm (2¾-inch), Diameter of base: 150 mm (6-inch). Maximum load weight limit: 500 kg (78 st) includes weight of furniture. Safety Warning Do not move furniture while in use. Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 500 kg.
