Product Description This NRS Healthcare L97729 Portable Shower Stool - FOLDABLE allows you to sit down when showering, so that it is a more comfortable and relaxing experience. It also helps to reduce the risk of slips and falls. The stool is suitable for people of all ages and is commonly used by individuals who find it difficult to stay standing for the duration of their shower. It is also used by people who have had operations or suffered injuries and cannot stand but still want to maintain their personal hygiene while recovering. The foldable shower stool can significantly increase your confidence when showering as well as making it far less daunting. Construction that inspires confidence The stool has a very strong construction while still offering excellent comfort for the user. The seat is made from moulded plastic and the frame is made from corrosion-resistant, reinforced aluminium. The stool is supplied flat packed and so requires simple assembly before use. This requires attaching the legs to the seat and does not require any tools. The seat is white with a textured surface which gives it slip-resistance and smooth edges for comfort. It also features multiple water drainage holes so that you can enjoy a constant flow of clean water. The seat measures 580 mm (22-inch) in width and 310 mm (12-inch) in depth. Non-slip rubber ferrule feet ensure the stool doesn’t slip on the shower or wet room floor and this stability is supported by the 460 mm (18-inch) wide and 450 mm (17.75-inch) deep footprint. Easy folding - easily portable When not in use, the stool can be folded away so that it can either be stored or transported on holiday. At just 1 kg (2.2 lbs), the stool is very lightweight. This low weight along with integral handles on either side enables easy transportation when folded. It is folded by pushing the back legs forwards so that they rest alongside the front legs. The height of the stool can be adjusted to 360, 370, 380 or 390 millimetres (14–15 inches). The height is adjusted quickly and easily by depressing the snap buttons and sliding the leg extensions up or down the frame tube until it snaps into the appropriate adjustment hole.
