Veteran pianist Don Friedman was working with top West Coast groups in the mid-fifties before moving to New York to play with major jazz names as well as his own trio. He continues to draw critical acclaim for his music and respect from his peers and was back in the recording studio in April 2015 for this session which includes tributes to Ravel and Chopin
