Now, the Elvaland with the highest bet for the tavern being resolved, can, rather than recruiting a Dwarf card or a Royal Offering card in the tavern, choose to go to the Camp to pick up a Magic Artifact or recruit a Mercenary card. In case of a tie to determine the highest bet on a current tavern, refer to the values of the gems as in the base game. Only the Elvaland who has the biggest bet can go to the Camp and take a map.
