How to use the product: 1. The staircase configurations are very varied. Depending on the staircase (shape and composition of the post and the railing), it can be difficult to install a barrier. It is therefore likely that an installation according to the installation rules respecting the safety standard (as detailed in the installation instructions) will be impossible regardless of the barrier model. This point is surely independent of the product itself. 2. The barrier is equipped with a simple and practical opening on the top. We remind you that the standard requires 2 simultaneous movements so that a child cannot manage to open the barrier. Here it is therefore necessary to activate the button located on the top of the barrier and at the same time lift slightly to defeat the pressurization. These two movements are carried out with one hand. 3. The cups are fixed with a small screw to the wall, for compliance with standard NF EN 1930 02/2012. 4. The safety barriers, meeting the requirements of the French standard, as is the case of the removable barrier, are suitable for children from 0 to 24 months. Indeed, tests are carried out in order to simulate the risks and verify that the product does indeed allow a child to be kept safe for up to 24 months according to the installation conditions present on the assembly instructions.
