- NICOTIANA LANGSDORFFII SEEDS: Rosette forming plants with tall, well branched heads of charming, gently nodding apple-green flowers. Lovely as feature plants in the middle of a sunny, mixed border.
- Winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit for reliability and good performance.
- SOW: February to April, FLOWERS: July to September, HEIGHT: 150cm, SPREAD: 35cm, SEEDS: 750 Approx.
- FOR INDOOR SOWING: WHEN - February to April. WHERE – In trays of seed compost. HOW - Sow thinly, do not cover seed with compost. Firm gently into the surface and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15-20℃. Seedlings appear 14-28 days. CARE - Remove cover when seedlings appear.
- When large enough transplant 5cm apart in trays. Stand outside for a few days late May (avoid frosts). Transplant 30cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free. FLOWERS – July to September. Remove dead heads to prolong flowering.
- TIP: Mix tiny seeds with a little dry sand to aid sowing.
- CAUTION: Harmful if eaten.
