Nico Mark 2 Shootbolt Extension Window Lock Rods These are the Nico shoot bolt extension rods to suit the Nico centre window lock gearbox. made in various size ranges to suit the various window sash sizes used. Fitting Sizes (all in mm): Ext 1 is 330-460, Ext 2 is 460-800, Ext 3 is 800-1100, and Ext 4 is 1100-1400 Cam Height: 7.8mm Number of Cams: x0 on Ext 1, and all other extenstions have x1 mushroom per extension (x1 on each) Sizes shown are the dimensions (minimum and maximum lengths) when fitted in situ including the window lock gearbox The shootbolt extensions come locked in the open posistion ready to be cut to length to suit the actual window opener. Once cut and fitted onto the window and into the centre gearbox the fixing lugs will shear and break away on the first operation of the window handle and will run freely from there on. The dimensions shown above are the overall opening sash vent length including both extension rods when connected to the gearbox. Not the actual rod lengths. Always measure the overall length of the rods including the centre gearbox when fitted into the window and in open position from bolt end to bolt end. This is the size range required.
