This 15mm Rail Clamp with 1/4" and 3/8”female thread is widely used on standard DSLR/DV Support Rig to attach other bracket or device for convenient shoot and recording. Standard 60mm center spacing for 15 mm rail rod support system. One wingnut of both side changed to thumb screw to tighten easily. The wingnut is spring loaded and can be pulled out and turned to a more user friendly position after being tightened.
