• Product details - Silplay 184/30 is a reconstituted silicone rubber with platinum catalyst, classified according to Ministerial Decree 21 March 1973, non-hazardous and certified suitable for the production of non-stick molds for chocolate, liquid sugar, marzipan and food in general. This rubber allows a perfect reproduction even of the smallest details and a total non-adherence to any product except silicones
• HOW TO USE - Optimal processing conditions are at 25 °C. The moulds must be left to mature for 48 hours at room temperature (20-25 °C) before being used. After maturation, the moulds should be washed with warm water. Do not use detergents and soaps to wash the molds. Do not put in the dishwasher. Never use tools, containers or spatulas that have been used with normal condensing rubbers: the two types are absolutely incompatible and the slightest contact is able to prevent catalysis
• Technical specifications: store in the original packaging tightly closed after use, with the outside temperature between -5°C and +30°C. These rubbers require special care as they do not tolerate certain substances that inhibit catalysis
