Product Description The Nexcare ColdHot Back & Abdomen Belt is a reusable cold/hot gel-filled compress for natural pain relief. It comes with a protective cover designed as a belt allowing comfortable and secure application of the pack to the back or abdomen painful area. Thanks to the layer of Thinsulate(TM) fabric the cover keeps a more stable temperature of the compress for a longer period of time. Comes is 2 sizes: S/M cm and L/XL cm. Can be used during pregnancy. The gel is safe and non toxic to use and also 99% biodegradable* which makes the product now more environmentally friendly. '* 99% of active ingredients as per Directive 84/449/EEC.' Indications Back and Abdomen Pain, Swelling, General Pain Relief Directions Instructions for using the Back & Abdomen Thermal Pad: To use the cushion cold, place it in a freezer bag and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. To use the cushion hot, place it in a microwave bag and heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Place the cushion on the affected area of the back or abdomen, using the support belt to hold it in place. Use the cushion for about 15-30 minutes, or until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
