Product description
Product Description Nexa Lotte Glue trap is used to catch bed bugs. It attracts bed bugs by mimicking their natural hatches where the insects seek refuge. The trap is narrow and flat, like the crevices and cracks where bed bugs like to hide. It consists of small cells that bed bugs like to crawl in. The insect willingly goes into this trap. Then it calls its fellow with messenger substances, even if it is glued. The insects enter the trap and are glued to the back. Bed bugs feed on human blood. The sting triggers itching and is extremely uncomfortable. It is important to detect bed bugs early and take action. Everything at a glance: glue trap for catching bed bugs, easy to use, innovative trap design, effective infestation detection, preventive and eliminating effect on small populations. Instructions for use: place the traps around or under mattresses, beds, sofas, behind headboards, furniture (e.g. bedside table) and other furniture in bedrooms. Apply the double-sided tape to the back of the trap (unprinted plastic part) to attach the trap to the most suitable place. Remove the protector from the adhesive surface. Place the trap between the headboard and the mattress. The trap should be placed with the printed surface so that the insect penetrates and hangs on the back. So if the trap is placed on the floor, the sticky cardboard part should be on top. If the trap is placed under the bed, the sticky cardboard part must be at the bottom. So the insects always stick to their back. With this trap, the adhesive is not distributed on the floor, but under the sloping roof of the trap. This prevents bed bugs from tracking the adhesive with their feet when they crawl into the trap. When the bugs enter the small cells of the trap, they stay stuck on their back without even noticing it. Instead, they call on more bed bugs via volatile messengers, called aggregation pheromones. The more bugs are trapped in the trap, the more aggregation pheromones/messages are sent out and the more attractive the trap becomes. You can easily detect the presence of insects as the trap is transparent: the glued bugs are visible through the plastic base when you lift the trap. Dispose of the traps and swap them for new ones when they are full of insects. The glued parts are well protected from dust and barely accessible to children and pets. Storage/Disposal: Store in a cool and dry place. Put used traps in the residual waste. Pack of waste material collection / recycling. I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
