The best way to heat The stone plate (21 x 21 cm), is always in the oven as this will heat evenly throughout the length of the surface and all its edges. The main function of the alcohol burner is to maintain the hotplate temperature and not to heat It from cold. How to use: add oil to the hotplate and insert into the oven for 30 minutes at 250ºc. Add alcohol to the burner and light with a match. Adjust the burner in the open section of the hotplate base and after fitting the hotplate structure above. Then remove the hotplate from the oven wearing oven gloves and taking care, and place it on top of the stainless steel structure. Finally add the seasoned food and you`re ready! To clean the hotplate it is advisable to leave time to cool and wash with cold water and vinegar. The stainless steel structure can be washed in the dishwasher.
