Discover the charm of Nepeta grandiflora 'Summer Magic', a delightful perennial that brings vibrant colour and fragrance to your garden without the usual sprawling habit of traditional catmints. This variety boasts larger flowers on shorter, more manageable stems, making it an excellent choice for container gardening or adding neat structure to borders. Its erect habit ensures it won't smother neighbouring plants, providing a tidy display throughout the summer months. 'Summer Magic' is a magnet for pollinators, with its spikes of beautiful lavender-blue flowers attracting bees and butterflies from June through to September. The aromatic grey-green leaves complement the blooms perfectly. This hardy perennial is exceptionally low-maintenance and drought-tolerant once established, requiring minimal watering. For a repeat flush of flowers and tidy foliage, simply cut back the plant after its first flowering. It's even a fantastic, fuss-free alternative to lavender for low hedging. How to Grow Light: Full sun. Temperature: Hardy, suitable for all UK climates. Watering: Water regularly until established, then water sparingly. Drought-tolerant once mature.
