Apply a thin layer of Neonail Rubber Base to your nails. Dry the base coat under LED or UV lamp according to the recommended time. Apply the desired nail polish colour and cure under the lamp. Repeat the previous step if you want an extra layer for a stronger colour intensity. Apply top coat and cure. Wipe the sticky layer with a lint-free cloth or alcohol swab.
