Product Description NeilMed Original Sinus Rinse use for Allergic Asthma, Nasal Symptoms from Flu & Cold.. Ingredients Sodium Chloride Sodium Bicarbonate Directions Preparation: Wash your hands thoroughly. Fill the clean squeeze bottle with distilled, micro-filtered, or previously boiled and cooled water up to the indicated fill line. Mixing: Add one premixed saline packet to the water in the bottle. Secure the cap and shake gently to dissolve the powder completely. Rinsing: Standing over a sink, tilt your head slightly to one side and insert the bottle tip into one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passages and out the opposite nostril. Repeat on the other side. Post-Rinse: Blow your nose gently to clear any remaining solution and mucus. Wash the bottle, cap, and tube thoroughly and allow them to air dry. Safety Warning Use only as directed. Do not use tap water for nasal irrigation. Use distilled, micro-filtered, or previously boiled and cooled water to prevent infections. Ensure the rinse bottle is clean before each use. Do not use if the nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have an ear infection. Consult your physician if you experience pressure in the ears, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
