Product Description Sinus rinse hypertonic refills are premixed sachets of USP grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. When used with our 240 ml sinus rinse bottle it creates a hypertonic (higher concentration) solution. The higher concentration of salt reduces the swelling and aids in drawing fluid and excess mucus out of the nasal passages.
