NBB Vacuum Brazed (VB) diamond drill bits are professionally produced for dry or wet drilling on all types of ceramic, especially porcelain, tile, granice, marble, stoneware, and other hard materials. With the VB technology, NBB VB Diamond bits can perform both wet and dry drilling on hard porcelain and stones with higher efficiency and longer life. The NBB VB diamond drill bits with M14 thread connection can be used directly on angle grinder. The recommended RPM for using will be 11,000-14,000RPM. The average life of Dia.6- 16mm is about 40 holes. Average life Dia.18-150mm is about 60-100 holes. Average life of drill bits ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and good cooling and use. NBB VB diamond drill bits can be used to drill the necessary holes for water inlets, drains, light points, etc. The total length of NBB VB diamond drill bits is approx. 65mm with diamond width of approx. 12mm.
