Product description Ginger Essential Oil is frequently used in aromatherapy for its energising and strengthening aroma. Considered to help motivate and bring clarity, this warm spicy, oil brings a base note to aromatherapy blends. It is ideal for combining with other essential oils and using in a diffuser or oil burner. Ginger Essential Oil is particularly useful in massage. When combined with a carrier oil and applied topically, it can have a warming effect on the skin, enhancing the benefits of massage. Stimulating and energising, ideal to wake up tired muscles. USES FOR NAISSANCE GINGER ESSENTIAL OIL: DILUTION: Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. AROMATHERAPY: Combine with other revitalising essential oils and add a few drops to your oil burner or diffuser and experience the power of Ginger for yourself. We love Orange Sweet (#105) and Lemon (103). MASSAGE: Make your own massage blend by combining Ginger with Grapeseed Oil (#210), Rosemary (#108), Black Pepper (#181), Marjoram (#127) and Lemon (#103) for a warming and invigorating massage. SKINCARE: Make your own mud face mask by combining Fullers Earth (#502) with Tea Tree Floral Water (#608) and a couple of drops of Ginger Essential Oil. Mix until you get a paste, apply to the skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes (or until it dries). Rinse thoroughly with warm water.. HAIRCARE:Thanks to its stimulating powers, Ginger can have a positive effect on your hair. Try adding a couple of drops to your shampoo and conditioner for a concentrated boost.
