Product description Clary Sage Essential Oil is a popular oil used in aromatherapy. Used in a diffuser, vaporiser or oil burner, it is said that its qualities can help create a calming atmosphere. It has a soothing, sweet aroma and is a very versatile oil which blends well with many other oils. Clary Sage is a good addition to a massage blend, combined with a carrier oil and other essential oils, with its relaxant qualities, it can help maximise the benefits of massage. Ingredients Salvia sclarea Directions Dilution: Dilute 1% of the final mixture, which is about 20 drops or 1 ml of essential oil per 100 ml of vegetable oil. Always dilute before use on the skin. For the body or in the bath, you can use up to 3% essential oil. For massages: Diluted in vegetable oil, you can mix clary sage oil with your favorite essential oils to prepare your own massage oil. We recommend Sweet Almond (No. 215), Grape Seed (No. 210) or Coconut (No. 203). In Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of this oil to your diffuser and enjoy the soothing and relaxing aroma of clary sage. Prepare your aromatherapy diffuser blend, combining Clary Sage with Thyme (#166), Lime (#121) and Bergamot (#100). Beauty tip: It can be used in your homemade cosmetic formulations: body oils and butters, face serums, creams, lotions and bath salts. Safety Warning Keep out of reach of children. External use only.
