Contains: Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis), Myrtle (Myrtus Communis), Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis), Peppermint (Mentha Arvensis) and Fir Needle (Abies Siberica). This 50ml bottle comes in a presentation box with instruction leaflet included. The blend can be applied to the base of the feet for absorption, the nape of the neck and can also be inhaled.
