My Memory Book: A planner, notebook and journal for people with Alzheimer's, Dementia or people who just forget things

I made this book because I couldn't find a good one for my dad who has early onset of Alzheimer's. The title was created so it wouldn't belittle people with memory issues yet they will know exactly what it is for and want to carry it around. The first page has information about the owner of the book as well as contact information in case it is lost. After the initial page every other page is either a planning page or a page for notes making it easy for the person to write down whatever they need to. There are no set calendar days so the user can keep using the book when they want to write something and not be tied down to a specific date.
