Ideal for dried arrangements. Height: 75 cm/30-inch Plant Class: Hardy Biennial (HB) Habit: Tall Upright. Useful Information: Full sun; Suitable for cutting; Suitable for attracting Butterflies; Suitable for attracting Bees; Fragrant variety; Perfect for Pollition Sow and Grow: Sow outdoors, May-July, in a seed bed, 0.5 cm (1/4-inch) deep, into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered. Seedlings usually appear in 21-35 days. Thin seedlings to 5 cm (2-inch) apart, when large enough to handle. Plant out to flowering position in autumn, allowing 25 cm (10-inch) between plants. Flowers: April-June, the following year. Hints and Tips: For dried seed pods, cut when green, remove leaves and hang upside down to dry. Rub off outer brown skin to reveal 'satin white' pods.
