Professional dumbbell bar by MOVIT: The star locks ensure that the weight plates always fit tightly and securely on the dumbbell bar, they also prevent the weight plates from rattling. To prevent the hands from slipping during the workout, the handles of the bar are cross-knurled. The bar has two indestructible trapezoidal threads - the safest way to attach weight plates.
