How to use these moth monitoring traps  Open the pack – Take one trap from the sealed 7‑pack box. Each trap is individually wrapped to keep the pheromone lure fresh until use. Use only as many traps as needed;  Fold into standing shape – Hold the trap with the printed side facing you. Locate the fold lines indicated on the back. Gently fold along each line to create a triangular house shape with a flat base. The sticky inner surface will face inward.  Remove the release liner – Peel off the protective paper covering the inner sticky surface. The pheromone lure is already attached to the adhesive.  Place in moth‑prone areas – Set the folded trap on a shelf inside a wardrobe, on the floor of a clothes cupboard, behind drawers, or under a sofa. For carpet moth monitoring, place traps along baseboards or under furniture edges. For clothes moths, place traps at or above waist level inside hanging garment storage.  Check regularly – Inspect the trap every 2–4 weeks. Count the number of trapped moths. Write the date on the trap body if you want to track changes over time. When the adhesive surface is covered with dust or moths, or after 3 months of use, discard the trap and replace it with a new one.  Dispose of used traps – Fold the trap closed so the sticky side is sealed inside. Place it in household waste.  Short notes for effective use  Avoid placing traps near open doors, windows, or fans. Strong air movement can blow the pheromone away from the trap area.  These traps attract male moths only. They reduce breeding but will not eliminate a heavy infestation alone.  Keep traps away from any other insect repellents, mothballs, or essential oils like cedar or lavender. Strong scents can interfere with the pheromone signal.  If you have pets, place traps inside closed wardrobes or behind furniture where cats cannot reach. The adhesive will stick to fur and paws.
