• Moderex Hydrocool Hydrogel Dressing is highly conformable and permeable to air and moisture vapor, which is usually indicated for dry wounds or minimum exudate wounds. It can hydrate dry wound beds and soften and loosen slough and necrotic wound tissue to promote debridement and create a moist wound healing environment. Hydrogel dressing has also been shown to promote granulation and reduce the temperature of a wound bed.
• Non-adhesive to the wound, no residue and pain-free removal. Hydrogel Dressing is applicable to second-degree burns, donor sites wound and epidermis defects resulted from other causes, leg venous ulcers, pressure ulcers and diabetic ulcers.
• ** There are two presentations of this dresing, Border and Non Border. The border dressing has a transparent adhesive border with a central hydrogel pad whereas the Non-Border is a complete "sheet" of Hydrogel which can be used under a secondary dressing
