On some versions of Millenco locks you may find that the hooks are in a slightly different position. If this is the case then the hook boxes and keeps may need to move up approximately 20mm to suit the new one which should not prove too much of an issue, although you might need to extend/move the keeps and routing slots etc. You should find that the centre lock case is in exactly the same place. You might find that the centre lockcase on the new one is the exact same match as the existing one, in which case you could switch it over for the old one (only 3 screws to remove) which would then mean that all the hooks would remain as they were and restore the lock to full working order again. The overall length of the lock faceplate shown can be trimmed down at the ends with a hacksaw to suit the length of your door.
